Mr. Ross has been a director of companies both public and private. In addition, Mr. Ross is a co-founder and president of 180 Degrees Capital Corporation , a Toronto based private merchant bank, which specializes in restructuring and turn- around management transactions. Mr. Ross with his family supports numerous charities including The Starlight Children’s Foundation of Canada, The Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, The Leukemia Research Fund of Canada and the Dorothy Ley Hospice
Robin Ross, Chairman, CEO, is a twenty-year veteran in the financial services sector. Mr. Ross was Senior Vice President, Director – Sales & Marketing and Branch Manager for Yorkton Securities Inc.
Prior thereto, Mr. Ross was Senior Vice President and Branch Manager for over 12 years at Midland Walwyn Capital Inc. His corporate finance activities have covered a wide range of industries including but not limited to technology and resources. He has particular strengths in sales and marketing, international currency exchange and financing.

Dr. David Humphrey, Director, brings both medical knowledge and business experience to the board of Mantis. He established Humphrey Group International, which consists of five separate corporations. Dr. Humphrey is a key pioneer in Business-to-Consumer electronic commerce having been a past member of the advisory board to the largest B-to-C e-commerce company in the field of health and beauty products in the United States. Dr. Humphrey is co-founder and president of International Leadership Development otherwise known as ILD Global. He is also a key advisor to the former Chairman of E-Alliance, a coalition of marketing companies representing over 300,000 independent business owners. In addition, Dr. Humphrey was appointed to membership of the President’s Council of World Vision, the largest private charity in the world.
A.C.A. Howe, Director. Mr. Howe is a mining engineer who graduated with a B.Sc. from Imperial College, and an A.R.S.M. at the Royal School of Mines, London, England in 1949. He attended schools in England and Australia. He is a registered professional engineer of Ontario, Canada, and a Fellow of the Canadian and Australian Mining and Metallurgical Societies. He was the founder of A.C.A. Howe International Ltd., an international mining and exploration firm based in Toronto and with associates throughout the world. Over his lengthy career as a principal of A.C.A. Howe International, Mr. Howe has been involved in mining exploration and development as well as mine construction and operation in most parts of the world. Mr. Howe has served as an officer and director of several mining companies during his career.
Mr. Anthony H. Millo, CFO, Director, currently serves as Vice President Finance of a Toronto based securities dealer. He served as Senior Examiner/Manager and Director of the Toronto Stock Exchange where he developed, introduced and administered an updated examination program for the Toronto Stock Exchange to ensure a more consistent and equitable application of industry rules for all members. In addition, he investigated complaints from clients of brokers; arbitrated settlements and monitored the financial well being of brokerage firms ensuring that firms in the areas of credit granting and collections were placing appropriate focus. Over the past twenty-five years, Mr. Millo has held senior finance and compliance positions in several IDA Member firms including work in forensic accounting.
Sheena Ewanchuk graduated from the Universiy of Alberta at Edmonton in 2006 with an Honours Bachelor of Science in geology. She has worked for several companies since graduation in British Columbia and Ontario. She works as an independent contract geologist, and has been involved in advanced and grass-roots projects. She is especially proficient at compiling and maintaining GIS data. Currently she is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologist and Geophysists of Alberta as a member in training.
Walter Hanych, has 24 years experience in the exploration industry with grass-roots projects and advanced mine feasibility projects including corporate structure and financing. He has worked in gold, base metal, magmatic nickel sulphide, diamond, PGE and industrial mineral exploration throughout Canada, from the Northwest Territories to Quebec. He has held positions of Chief Geologist and Project Manager for various exploration companies. Currently he works as an independent consultant - contract geologist. Walter holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from Laurentian University..

Scott Hogg and Associates is an internationally recognized geophysical consulting firm with several decades of experience. The company is an industry leader in developing “state of the art” post processing and data management of geophysical surveys.
JVX was established by Blaine Webster in1983 to provide a high level of professional geophysical contracting service to the mining industry. Over the years, JVX expanded its services to include consulting, regional compilations and ground surveys including Frequency and Time-Domain Electromagnetics and Gravity. Currently, JVX has carried out over 500 geophysical surveys for all types of exploration targets in all continents except Australia and Antarctica.
John Leliever, Field Operations Manager, has over 20 years experience in the mining exploration sector and has contributed to many grassroot exploration discoveries moving forward to advanced programs reaching feasibility. He has operated his own exploration companies including owning and operating a diamond drilling company. He has coordinated several remote location projects in Northern Ontario and has demonstrated the ability to manage all facets of exploration projects. He brings to Mantis his years of knowledge and experience and has played a key role in the initial development of Mantis becoming a serious contender in mining exploration and development. He has developed positive relations with the investment community and his ability to assemble the necessary labor force to carry out project development will be a key asset to the future success of Mantis.
